made it through christmas and some new photos...

o.k. soooblogger is sooo sloww.... it is taking forever to load photo... I will try and do it tomorrow.... The kids got the WII FOR christmas and all of the stuff that goes with it... I now have a diagnosis for my sore arm and elbow... "wii elbow..."lol I justhad a whole book wrote and blogger erased it!!!grr!!! I haev to go .. Its almost christmas!!

only 1 more shopping day til Christmas!! I have been finished for a week or so, and I have them all wrapped. I only need to go shopping for my father in law... he gave me some money to do it for him.... soooo... I will head out in the chaos tomorrow and get them a few things.... Yall pray for me... lol on another note.... I know I have been lacking in the uploading of my layouts I have a ton... I just need to scan and stitch them together... I hope to get it done after christmas, so in the mean time here is a picture or two to tide you all over...

I made it through....

My first semester of college that is.... I studied really hard and I am proud to say that I made an "A" in every course... soo I have a gpa of 4.0!!! I, for the first time in my life made the honor roll for college students.... THE DEANS LIST!!!! who would have thought it..... I am ready to get started again... this semester I will be taking art appreciation, u.s. history I , general psychology, math 90, and I joined the chorus .... so that is a total of 15 hours. Ya'll continue to pray for me. God is good all the time.. He is continuing to make a way for me.... I am soo thankful for that. Its almost christmas.. and for the first time in I don't know when, we are done shopping and I have most of everything wrapped... sooo I wont be up til 4 am wrapping presents... that is a rare event here in the Evans household...
I'll try to update a lil more often.... maybe twice a week... cuz the only thing I will be doing is studying....

yea... o.k.....sooo I have been away...

sorry folks.. I have been busy studying and writing papers... school is still good... I am enjoying myself to be quite honest. My sisiter got married this past weekend... and.. of course.... all of us were in the wedding... soo I was quite frazzled... tryig to make sure each fairy had her wings and glitter.. and my lil pirate had a sword.... in the midst of all of that... guess who forgot their camera? Yes, that would be me.... I know.. I am Stupid.... like duh... who the heck forgets their camera :( anyway... shell bell was beautiful... of course... and I am soo happy for her... and johnathan..... Now I have to get back to studying and Thanksgiving....

So tonight.... I leave you with this thought... what are you most thankful for?
me... I am thankful that I have a God who loves me and keeps his promises.... with out him... I am nothing....without him I don't know where I would be right now... as I am alone listening to my wonderful husband of 11 years snoring... I am thankful God sent him to me.... and in his own time.... How wonderful is that....

so dear Lord and Saviour of my soul,,, I give you all the glory and praise... thank you for saving me and redeeming me.. and washing me white as snow.... I praise you... I worship you...

I have been a bad blogger

So much has been going on since my last update. School is going great, I am making it through. It is such a huge accomplishment for me. I am relearning how to study more effectively, and it is really paying off... My first sociology test I made a 74.. not so great, so I figured out how to make myself flash cards... and now I feel like I am doing so much better... my next sociology test was an 96 and it was open book.... the last one I took was a 98... soo I think that those flash cards are helping me out tremendoulsy.... my grade for math is a 96 aprrox. my grade for speech is a 95 my grade for english is a 90 and my grade for sociology is aprox a 95 sooo I am soo pleased with myself.. God has been so good to me... Making a way for me as he promised. I give him all the glory... without him I am nothing...

My sister is getting married in about 5 weeks... there is so much to do... I have to get fitted for my dress and get it altered.. then there is shoes.. and the kids shoes and well just a lot fo stuff to do.. showers and things... I am so excited for her... SHE IS TRULY HAPPY NOW... and that is all I have ever wanted for her....COMPLETE HAPPINESS.... I know I will be crying my eyes out.. I will definately have to bring a hankie....lol''

scrapbooking ..... I got to go to my first crop at its not just scrap on moffett rd on friday with kim , janie, holly and mrs arlene... I had fun.... I got 5 pages done... soo glad.. I will post them when I can...

now for my school update

I am really loving the school thing.... I gave my first speech and made a 100 on it... perfect.... I couldn't believe it... I was soo nervous at first!! being in from of people speaking formally is not my thing... but I did it and to my surprise I wasn't even nervous... I think it is because ... I have been teaching scrapbooking classes at the store and at the gulf coast scrappers events.... that really helped me.... anyway... math .... well.. the first week was easy then the second week.... lets just say fractions were not my thing in elementary school... but now I can honestly say.. I reallly like it!! I'm getting the prime factor thing.. and the fractions.. ssssssoosooo sweet!!! when you haev an AH HA!!! moment.... sociology is great too...just a lot of memorization...and english.... I just wrote my first paper... we will see how my grade is...

so there you have it...... my college update....

This is Randi and her best friend Kayleigh.. they cheer together at flip Zone.... I really enjoy watching them perform and compete... Randi makes me so proud of every milestone she hits.... as far as stunting and tumbling goes... Our first competition of this season is the first weekend in November.....I can't wait..!!!

School days!! and some layouts I did

I have been going to school for going on 3 weeks now, and I must say.. I love it! at first I was a bit over whelmed ... dealing with my homework.. and all of the kids stuff.. you know what I am talking about.. dinner, laundry, homework, xtra curricular activities... etc. I fianlly got it figured out... I am very busy... as you can tell... I am still working part time at my hubbys office... but the show must go on.... school or no school..

I took my first big test in 19 years.... I am hoping to get my score from my teacher on tuesday... I have to give a speech at noon... sooo yall wish me luck! I dont do very well speaking formally to a group of people... but I can teach a scrapbooking class of 20 with no problem... what is up with that??? anyway.. I am leaving you with some layouts I did .... yall have a great labor day.. I have homework to do...

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

... Wow! Im soo tired already, got everyone up and dressed and fed and hair fixed... ( not a simple task, when you have to fix 4 heads of hair and your own) any hoo... today is Brynli's first day of school... not pre-k but the "big" school.... she looked soo cute in that paid uniform skirt.. and hair ribbon... she is soo big... I can't believe it...

When she was born.. We were soo excited and just truly blessed ... because by the
GRACE of GOD.. she was healty beyong our expectations.... full term....It was only the year before we suffered the devastating loss of KENLEY... and now she is 5 years old. She didn't seem to mind, she was actually excited,.. KYli- addison, on the other hand was not excited that her sister .. her best friend ... and playmate was not gonna be at home any

NEW TITLE

In August I will be embarking on a new journey, Something I have wanted to do for a very long time. It will be difficult and I will have to make alot of sacrifices to do it. I am going back to COLLEGE... I am very excited, a long time ago way back when... i was married to another man... he used to call me stupid everyday of our marriage, and so after hearing this day after day.. i began to believe it. I guess it still lingers with me, that is one of the reasons i have waited so long to go back. Now since the baby is 2 years old, i figure it is time to do what i want most... TO GRADUATE, I dont really know what it feels like, most of you know i got pregnant at a very young age and quit school and got my GED. So now is the time.. I wanna walk across that stage with my diploma in hand and my family with me, cheering me on...So yall pray for me, and wish me luck...

i finally got in touch with hp..wooohooo my lap top is now leaving memphis..it was built in china..( yes for real) and i must say..it is a lot better than the one i had... they really out did theirselves..but hay...i deserve it!! especially all that i have been through....sooo on tuesday..i will be loading all of my programs on my laptop..soo i am thrilled!!!!

Did anyone watch american Idol tonight? I did.. most of it..i dvr'ed it and well it was set to record,but the show ran a lil over and it quit recording... sooo i didnt even get to see the end..I had to call and ask someone who won.... grrr I was so mad.

i was hoping blake would win, but i knew that Jordin would win ..she has a great voice... it really doen't matter because Blake will be getting his own contract with somone....


I managed to get some scrapping done today... wish i could post them... i still havent heard from hp..about when my new computer will be arriving... it supposed to be here by fri... and no later than next friday..... uggg i"M getting soo impatient..

i am just getting home from my oldest daugeter's high school graduation!! im soo proud of her!! she was soo beautiful today!!! i cant believe it.... where has the time gone??? just seems like yesterday..she was a kindergardner... learning how to write.... i cried a few times... sad to see her so grown up... but excited to see what she does with her life from now on.... i'll post pics as soon as i get my new laptop in...which should be friday!!!

ITS ABOUT TIME......

first things first.....here is my littlest boy chaz... he loves his brothers skateboard.. aint he a cutie??
SOOOOOOOO..i finally got a hold of my case wroker at hp... this was only after..i ahev been on the phone for a week now and talking with an executive customer rep..who sent an email to him... and "farhad" was supposed to call back, but he didnt sooo yesterday i began calling the line again..and he finally got on the phone...

i told him i got my computer back and it wast he same problem....

he looked up the case number to look at the notes, and guess what.... they didnt even take it out of the box!!!! can you believe that?..

so he told me since i haev been more than patient and ahave done everything i was supposed to..he is sending me a new computer!! it should be here in 2 weeks..no later than 21 days!!! i am soo stinkin excited!1 to fianly have a resoloution to my problem!!! sooo thanks "farhad"!!! for giving me my sanity back,along with a new computer!!!

i got my laptop back from hp... at 12:32 yeaterday..and at 1:00 i was on the phone because the same ole stuff is going on with my cmputer.... can yall believe that??... uggg!! this makes me soo freaking mad. i spent all day on the phone with them and still didnt recieve a call from the case manager handleing my case... anyhoo...im on the phone again this morning... waiting...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................wish me luck, these crazy folks are killin me!!

there is a design team call at www.scrappintrends.com .... my friend jeanne hangs out there... and some very nice women.. i have started to chat with.. any way i sent some stuff to elisa.. soo we will just have to wait and see..go check em out..ther are some talented scrapbookers there and some fantastic folks.....

on another note....

my laptop is being sent again to hp.... i swear... ugg that is making me a lil angry..considering i edit an print all of my pics from home..soo what is a girl to do??? now i have to fight the kids over their computer!!!

a great weekend.... and im mad again!!!

this weekend randi's cheerleading team... went to panama city fl... for uca competition...the first day of competition we did great until the last pyrimid.. it fell..which was a bummer.... soo we went back to the hotel... and it was fun fun fun.. ... we all had a great time!!!! so on sunday... we got up early and changed afew things.. randi.. kayleigh and the other flyers did their scorpions... wooohoo!!! they were soo good! we ended up with first place!! GOOO FLIP ZONE INFERNO!!!!

my lapotop is not working correctly!!! sooo now i have to get on the phone with hp and get on them... i am sooo freakin mad!! waht a bummer!!!

WERE HOT YEA!!!

O.K....SOOO WERE BACK FROM DESTIN ... AND OUR JUNIOR TEAM WAS ON FIRE!!!! WE DID GREAT BOTH DAYS... THERE WERE JUST A FEW BOBBLES... AND RANDI'S STUNT GROUP DIPPED A COUNT TOOO EARLY, BUT OTHER THATN THAT ... THE WERE GREAT!! ON THE FIRST DAY...WE WERE IN 4TH PLACE.... BUT TODAY.... OUR FINAL PLACEMENT WAS 3RD!!! OUT OF 8 TEAMS!!!! SOOO WE DID A GREAT JOB... THE SENIOR TEAM DID GREAT ON SAT...BUT DROPPED THE LAST 2 STUNTS... AND WERE IN 4TH PLACE AND TODAY! THEY WERE FAB-U-LOUS!!! JUST A FEW TOUCHES IN TOUBLING, BT THEY DID A GREAT JOB!!!!!

I HAVE UNPACKED AND AM READY TO SLEEP IN MY OWN BED!!!!

FRIDAY WE GET TO DO THIS AGAIN IN PANAMA CITY!!! OH YEA!!!!! BEACH OR BUST!!!!!

THE BAD AND THE GOOD

ALRIGHT.. soo as you can tell i still have no laptop...waaa!!! i know yall are probably sick of hearing all about this, but... i did finally speak with someone that speaks english ..thank goodness! he was a big wig of some sorts. he called me and asked what he could do for me?..(like duh) anyway..i told him that i needed my laptop..and when i purchased it and the xtra warranty the reresenatives tld me that turn around time for a broken down laptop is 2 weeks, and it was over that sooo i wanted to know what was up?... anyway..he told me that there protocal was this... the longes they are allowed to keep anyones computer in the service dept was 21 days..and my part ( the motherbaord) was on back order(keep in mind this was built in china)and the part is not scheduled to be in there hands til april 30... then they have to repair and then they have to ship... sooo were lookin at mid may ... not exceptable for either of us...sooo if on the 16th i have not recieved my laptop..steve told me to call and let them know and they will send me a new one!..i was like ..wait a minute..i built that one to my specifiacations and i dont want anything less than what i have on it..he said it would be the same or better!! soo that makes me feel better about the whole situation... but i still have no laptop...

on to something else..

i have a fever blister on the topa nd the bottom of my mouth... can yall say ouch!!! it hurts for real,,i dont think i have ever had them this bad before!! it is horrible to look at !! but my bestest friend kim has some medication soo thanks kim...

this weeked we are headed to destin for cheerleading competiton.. go inferno..keep randi, kayleigh and the other girls in your prayers...
i guess i forgot to mention kay kay is feeling much better after her fall last time and is able to compete!! im soo excited..i really look forward to going and hanging out with kim and kayleigh... and well sean is not that much fun when he has to sit somewhere for a long period of time..especially at a cheerleading competition!!
