Chaz had 2 tball I today...and at each game he played 3rd base... and actually made 2 outs..... go chaz... He is trying really hard to stay focused and listen to his coach... which for him is, HUGE...haha.. last year he was in the outfield.. playing in the dirt.. crazy... what a difference a season makes...

Randi has Cheerleading tryouts coming up this week..ahhh.. I pray she does well and makes it...

my spring break has officially ended and it's back to school for me... I am so ready for this semester to be over.. so I can start my classes at the University of South Alabama...

I stood in line at midnight last night and received my copy of New Moon... Let's just say I have watched it 3 times... since last night... and want to watch it again..

but

I am so tired and worn out from being at the ball park all day.. so I guess I will have to go..to bed and get some sleep..

It's that time of year... Tball practice has started... Chaz loves to play... and this year... he seems to be a little more focused.... which is a good thing... :) His 5th birthday is tomorrow... I can't believe it.... Time has flown by... I can still remember him in the NICU... weighing just 3 pounds and 7 ounces... he was tiny.. and now.. he is very tall for his age... and a very outdorsey kind of kid.. he loves to be with his dad... learning how to fix and build things... he has a very large vocabulary and an understanding of those words.. This morning he used the word Dissolve... and knew what it meant... impressive for his age....

He will be going to "big" school this fall at JE Turner......

On to other things...

Brynli and Kyli have decided to do baton this time.... they will finish in may... then I think kyli wants to do dance.. I don't know about Brynli... we will have to see..

Randi has cheerleading tryouts in 2 weeks.. as well spring formal....

I have been accepted to the University of South Alabama for the summer term.. I am excited and and scared at the same time... I have enjoyed my time at Bishop State and have learned alot... but it is time to move on... and start taking classes that pertain to my major.. I only have about 2 years left... woohoo..

already... goodness... I have really go to try and do a bit better between posts...
My life is so busy at the moment... ( well every moment really)
I will update you though.

november... I was able to go and hang with my sistahs in Louisana for a scrapbook convention.. one of my bffs was able to come home from utah to be with us.. we had a great time.....
Thanksgiving... was not our convetional thanksgiving... 2 of the kids were vomiting ...1 was fine... 1 was staying the night off, so we just told her to stay with her aunt until everyone was feeling better... Maddie was in MS.. and Cole as well..

me and a few sistahs were able to sneak away and catch the new moon movie at midnight.. It was awesome!! everything I thought it would be..

Christmas was great... spent it with the family...Maddie even came home to be with us.. The only one missing was my cole man... I missed him terrible... ( the kids looked for him the whole christmas break... because he told them he would be home ... ) So sad... the kids really wanted to see him.. especially chaz..

MY school semester ended with a 4.0..

January brought with it a new school semester... taking biology. math 110 and american lit...
I tis keeping me very busy.... not alot of time to do anything..

Randi's cheer season is for the most part over.. tryouts are in march... and we are looking forward to it....She really loves cheerleading.. it is her thing!

Chaz is still enjoying school... He hates when the school is closed for any reason.. I am hoping he likes big school that much..:)

The most exciting news I have to share is I received my official acceptance letter from The university of South Alabama.... I am very excited.. I will start there in the fall... woohoo... I cried when I got the letter in the mail... I know it is cheesy... but I did..... In that one moment.... any doubt I had in myself ... went away.....

Halloween already?

Happy Halloween! This year we are doing something a bit different... we are not trick or treating. We have decided to spend our Halloween evening at the fair... Yes, ,I know.. it is almost a sin not to let the kids dress up and troll down the streets hollerin trick or treat..but, we decided that since we had fair tickets left and we don't let the kids have the candy anyway... we would forego the neighborhood tromp and hit the fair...

We love love love the fair and have never missed a year in 13 year.. except once when we went to Disney world.... Sean and I love fair food... corndogs, candy apples, pizza, euros, steak sandwichies, taco salads, funnel cakes....all of it.. I think we spend about 200 on fair food for us and the kids each year.

this year.... we are only taking 4 of the kids.. the older two are in Mississsippi... Madeline is working and well...Cole and I have not spoken since april 30th.... The only reason I even know of his whereabouts is maddie saw him riding his skateboard down hwy 49 the other day.. sad.... I miss him.. the kids miss him.... he will be 16 in a few weeks.. ( hard to believe) It makes me so sd to even think of him....

However , the fair just isint the same without them.

we spend alot of time in the car lately... going from place to place... the kids are used to running everywhere. so we don't usually have any problems with fighting... As you can see chaz has started preschool and loves it! the bottom pic is from a field trip I went on with him to see Horton hears a who at the theatre. I think he enjoyed the bus ride more.:)

I have been absent for a while... just trying to enjoy the summer with the kiddos..... I have recently joined my husbands company full time, so that he can pursue his dream of becoming a police officer.So, until he graduates from the academy, the office is where I will be. I am going to take a few online classes so that I don't get far behind with my dream of graduating college. Also this summer Randi and I went to Tuscaloosa for cheer camp. I had a great time with a few other moms who stayed behind... We were only allowed to see the girls at night for an hour but it was so fun. We are gearing up to start school again in August. I have enrolled chaz in preschool. so I won't have anymore babies at home with me... A little bittersweet, but Chaz is ready to meet some new friends. I will post again soon with pictures.....

Today is Roger Kenley's 9th birthday. He is celebrating in the arms of our Heavenly Father. It was 9 years ago today that Kenley came into this world at 4 pounds and 3 ounces and very sick. he fought a hard fight, but much to our sadness he was called home to play in the streets of gold and rest in the arms of Jesus 2 days later on April 28th. Not a day goes by that I don't think of him. I wonder what he would look like. Would he have curly hair like kyli's or red hair like chazs'? Would he play ball or would he skate board like Cole? I miss him and wish I could have had more time with him. Time to bathe him and smell his sweet head. To kiss him goodnight or play ball with him. At the time of Kenley's death there was a song on the radio that played called " one more day" by Diamond Rio, everytime I hear it I think of him... I thought I would share the lyrics with you.

it is so beatiful..... it still brings tears to my eyes even after 9 years.

I know that Kenley's death was not in vain. God knew what was gonna happen before he came into this world and while he didn't grant me a miracle with Kenley.... He blessed me with 3 more beautiful babies.... for which I couldn't live without. His death also brought SEan and I closer together and formed an eternal bond between us, one that cannot be broken, no matter what the devil throws at us.

Today we will celebrate Kenley's birthday with a smile, because One day we will see him again and he will not be sick and he will know us from the minute we each enter the gates of heaven.

Please say a prayer for us.

so... you all know Randi made the cheerleading team at SMS .. well that requires 2 days a week of practice. which is fine by me... it is soooo much better than the practices we had to do for competitive cheerleading... then .. I enrolled Chaz into T-ball... and his practices are 3 days a week..... then games on the other days including Saturdays... then...... THIS GETS REAL GOOD... Brynli and Kyli have decided they want to play Softball.. they practice 3 days a week too... and games during the week and on Saturdays........ UGGGGG I am in big trouble.! Thank goodness for Maddie and Jessie they are helping out taking kids here or there, when we have things that overlap..... I don't know what I would do without them.... soo Maddie and Jessie...if yall are reading this.. Thank you soooo much for all your help, I couldn't do it withought yall! I love you both very much.,

well I am off to bed in about 10 minutes... I have school tomorrow...

Randi is now a Semmes Middle School Cheerleader!!! We found out at 8 oclock tonight.... I am so proud of my girl... she really worked hard this week at clinics and it paid off... we were screaming and hollering..... and there were tears of joy on my face... I need some major prayers.........
RAndi has cheerleading clinic and tryouts this week for SMS... and early this morning she began vomiting..... I thought it was a freak thing.... So we went shopping at the Easter Shore Shopping Center for a little while.. then went to lunch at Cracker Barrel... and soon after she ate she ran to the bathroom only to vomit again! ugg... So as soon as we got home... She finished her book report and I gave her some Phenergan.... I am hoping she will be well tomorrow.... cuz she can't miss school or she cant tryout.... sooo please pray for her...

Also... pray she will be the best she can be and make a spot on the team... it has been her dream since 1st grade..

uhhhhhh... it has been a while

I know... I have been very busy this semester with school..... I am going 3 days a week... and then going back in the evening... it is really kicking my tail. I hate it.... this summer I will be taking one online class or one biology class... I havent really decided... then in the fall I will take one class as well as the spring.... delaying going into the nursing program for a year.. until Chaz is in school... I think that will be best for my family. Afterall, I have waited this long to go to school.. what difference is a year going to make?

The kids are all great... including Molli Bleau... she has now been with us going on 1 month... I think she is a keeper..pictures coming soon... I am off to school.

last night We had our sistah crop..... and well.... it was wendi's last time to crop with us in person... I was really doing good.... we were laughing and hanging out ... being silly.... it was so much fun.... unil...... it was time for some of the sistah's to say goodbye to her for the last time... then I lost it... I cried.. aligator tears.... Tonight Me, kim, wendi, annie , judy and Janie all met for dinner at caraba's .... it was so much fun... oh my gosh.... the time is almost here... Tomorrow we will meet for our final luch date in mObile... it will be very tough.... for all of us..as it will really be the last time to see her until we can all make a road trip to Utah.... (probably this summer ) I am going to miss her, tomorrow is it.

Well, it is that time again...... School for me will start on MOnday.... As much as I have enjoyed being off and hanging out with the kids.... I am excited to start, because it gets me closer to meeting my goal.. ( graduation) The kids are all well and adjusting to being back at school themselves. Sean is working very hard ( if that was even possible) to keep our company together because Jerry our business partner and coworker has been diagnosed with cancer.... and he is unable to work right now... so we are holding up the fort... awaiting his return to Evans Plumbing. Madeline ( my eldest daughter) is now working for us in the office, which is wonderful because she can also help out with watching Chaz during the day....I am loving her being back in Mobile...we are really working on our relatinship and growing closer every day. Her roomate and best friend Jessica has now become part of our family, she is so funny and a joy to be around... she seems to always be in a great mood..... I am hoping she will work for us as well when I start the nursing program at bishop..... ( there is nowway I can work and go to nursing school) It is nice to know that I can trust someone to take my place and do a good job.

I am hoping to scrapbook on the 23rd of january with all my sistahs..... it will be kind of sad becuase one of my bff''s is moving to utah. So, this will be her last crop with us (at least in the physical sense) They will be gone for 3 long years.... and then, I am praying she will return.

So Wendi, I know you will probably read this so this part is for you::::

Thinking back to when you came into my life.... I will treasure each moment we have shared. Every Gcs event that we attened, every lunch date, every birthday "party", our scrappin sistah crops... and phone calls just to say hello and catch up from a busy week. thank you for your words of encouragement and for just being there. I will really miss hanging out with you. Your thoughtfulness... your willingness to help and your bright smile .... Now that the moment is almost here, My tears seem to come as soon as I think about it. I can't believe this day is coming in just a few short weeks.. I guess i just blocked it out thinking it would not happen.
WEndi, know that no matter how many miles seperate us,you will always be in my heart. You have really shown me what true friendship is... and what it means to have a family of friends....always there, no matter what. I love you Wendi... and will miss you ... Christmas that is.......WHew! what a day it was.... First of all... I was up until 4:30 wrapping gifts.... that is what happens when you don't wrap anything until christmas eve.... I will not make that mistake again next year no matter what!

I got a special gift from my husband a few days befor Christmas.... He flew Cole home from Colorado! I swear that boy grows a foot in between visits...I really missed him alot! This Christmas was the first Christmas in at least 3 years for all of my kids to be together... and this year included in our christmas was Madeline's roomate Jessica... she has become part of our family and fits right in with the rest of my kids..... I am a blessed momma......

All of the kids got what they asked for on their Christmas list... Santa was very good to them. We had a huge Christmas dinner.... I cooked everything myself. We also had lots of vistors from grandparents..... and as they visited and loved on the kids they were able to eat and enjoy themselves without worrying about bringing food or cleaning up... it made things so nice. Also visiting was my twin sister... I really miss her .... I hate that she lives in another state. My sister in law Ashley brought My new niece to see me... (us) for christmas...she is the sweetest thing and I am spoiling her rotton as much as I am allowed...hee hee...

As Christmas day came to a close.... My mom and sister called and asked me, jessica, and cole if we wanted to come over and watch a scaarrrryyy movie! So we trolled down to the back yard and watched a movie until 1 am..... so needless to say I was very sleepy as I had not went to bed from the night before...... when my head hit the pillow .... I didn't move until today....

I am gonna relax this weekend and do only the laundry...... becuase it is back to life.....

First .... My grades are in... I got 4 "a's" and 1 B.... THe A's were in : Social Problems, Alabama History, Choir, and English Comp II THe B was of course in Math.... But I am most proud that I Made the DEans List! So I am in dire need of Christmas Shopping.... other wise.... there will be some mad peope out there.

Also

To my complete and utter Sadness... I am done reading the twilight series... I read all 4 books in less than a week... crazy I know.... I just could not help myself... I have laughed, cried, fought, and loved with the Cullens' oh... I do wish i had another book to read.... Tears were streaming down my face when I read the last chapter of Breaking Dawn... The books...albeit non fiction... really touched me somehow... I am hoping to find the time to go and see the movie before the movie theaters stop playing it.... maybe tonight... I don't know... CHristmas Shopping first.

On a different note... Sunday is Brynli's 7th birthday.... time has flown by... I can't believe she is already that old... she is older than Madeline was when Sean and I were married.... I am sure we will be going to dinner and a movie for her birthday...as it has now become a tradition to eat at a resturant of the birthday childs preference and then seeing a movie afterwards....

I read new moon the 2nd book in the twilight series in about 8 hours... Yes I am a junkie!
I cannot wait to see what happens after graduation...

this is crazy.... but, I feel as if I am with Edward myself.... crazy...... I have never ever been so INto a book series before this even beats the amish series of books by beverly lewis.... THis is the best book I have ever read..... I only hope that there is more after the 4th one.... I don't know how I could possibly stop reading....

all I could do was read.... and think of nothing else..... and read.!!! a book so compelling .... I couldn't take my hands off of it...

so... I was feeling sorry for myself yesterday because all of my good friends were scrapbooking and I was at home.... with the kids.... Sean was on call and the weeelll... I had no sitter.... I decided to sneak into RAndi's room and "steal" her copy of TW

ILIGHT.. I started reading and page by page it drew me into a life of vampires and immortlacy..( is that a word?) I could not put that book down... I am desperate to get the others..... to find out what happens to Bella while she is lying in a pool of blood with 6 thirsty vampires looking at her....aahhhhh!!!!!

I called WEndi and she is loaning her copies of the series... I cannot wait to get my hands on it....( Thanks Wendi)
For those of you (KIM) who have not read Twilight.... it is a must read...sooo put down those scissors and your atg gun... you will not be dissappointed....It will be all you can do for the next several days... I promise...

time for finals!

It has been a hectic week for me..... this week is finals week... so I have been studying like crazy. Last Thursday I took my English final... and I am 99 percent sure that I have an "A" in there.... and I took my History final yesterday and made a 100 which makes my grade a 98.87 , So that means I have an "A" in there as well.... In choir... I have an "A" That leaves Social Problems and Math....

I took my Social Problems test today..and I am quite upset... our instructer gave us a study guide with 300 questions on it and told us to study it. So I did and had it memorized. well... On my test only 13 of those questions were on the test and the rest of the questions were not familiar to me.... so I made a "c" which brought my grade down to a "b" for the semester. I was so mad... I don't know why she would give us a study guide if she wasn't going to pull all of hte questions from that guide... So I emailed her and asked her about it...so we will see what happens...

My math final is tomorrow.. I feel confident about it... I just have to watch small stupid mistakes..... and take my time... hopefully I will make an A on it that way I can keep my "A"

Grades will be posted no later than tueseday of next week. I am looking forward to the christmas break..... then in January I will start my 4th semester at Bishop. and hopefully I will get into their Nursing program in the fall.... when that time comes... look out! I won't have time for anything else but studying and an occasional scrapboook break with the girls....

Today at 4:30 Melody Kate Mclean made her way into this great big world. She is so beautiful! I was even allowed to be in the room during her arrival... I am just in awe of my new precious niece.... she weighed in at a tiny 6 pounds 6 ounces... she has ashley's dimples.... ohh she is gorgeous... I can't wait to babysit... I love her so much already...

I made a wreath this year... It really turned out beautiful... my sister would be so proud of me.... it was super easy ... the only thing I have left to do with it is put a bow on it...and viola!!

I love it! I am going to hobby lobby today to get some more stuff to make a few for some teacher friends of mine....

WElll... my sister in law is still pregnant.... but, we are ready at any minute... to go to the hospital .. I am going to be a very busy girl this week.... I have a math test on tuesday... my english final on thursday.... and next week it is on! I have my history final on wednesday and thursday I have my social problems final and my math final... and I will be done! so exciting!!

I have been doing a little christmas shopping here and there... but I am not near finished... hopefully after finals it will get done... I hope...

Hopefully next time I post I will be aunt kay kay...hee hee I can't wait.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!! This Thanksgiving I am especially greatful for alot of things.... Most of all for God and his never ending love for me and for washing my sins white as snow and making me new again. I am so thankful for my family.... all of them.... My kids and loving husband... I could go on and on.... I don't know what I would do without each and everyone of them...

Ashley is 1 cantimeter dialated... and doing good... Melody will be here before we know it... I can't wait. I know Ash and Todd will make wonderful parents... Just thinking of that new blessing to our family makes me smile and also makes me glad it her and not me....lol....

On a school note:

I have decided to change my major. I am taking classes to get into the nursing program. Hopefully if all goes well I will be starting the nursing program starting next spring. I am not sure that teaching positions are going to be available when I graduate. I am wanting to be a school nurse or work in labor and delivery. I used to be a scrub tech in labor and delivery at providence hospital before sean and I decided to have all of our kids. So I believe it is something that I will enjoy and love doing... So,,,, just pray for me... as it will be tough program...

THe kids were out of school to day for Veterans day. So me, kim, wendi, and Nancy decided to meet up at Cottage hill park and let the kids run and play. On the way there I got pulled over for speeding... 52 in a 32..... I didn't realize I was driving that fast. any way, a ticket later and we were on our way.. THe kids had a great time ...and so did I.... being at school all the time sure has taken away my time with my friends.... but, it will be worth it in the end.

On another note.....This weekend me, along with kim and wendi and janie will be headed to orange beach alabama to GCS.... a scrapbook convention... I cannot wait... the last time we were all together I got sick and could not go.... so I am really looking forward to the break...

I am almost done with school this semester. My finals are in about 4 weeks. I know that seems like a long time, but we get a week off for Thanksgiving Holidays.. so it won't be that bad. I have been working day and night trying to do what ever I can to get ahead of all of my schoolwork becuase my best friends kim wendi and jani and me are going to Gcs... For those of you who do no know what GCS is ...... It is a whole weekend with no kids, husband, pet,school, family.... and nothing to do but SCRAPBOOK, 24 hours a day if you want to..... we like to at least get 3 hours of sleep each night. Yes, I know this seems excessive ,but it is someting we all look forward to. we get to hang out and just have a good time with each other. I will be sure to up load all of the layouts I get done.... as soon as I can .

I can't believe it has been so long since I have blogged..... I have been quite busy with school.. and kids.. and school... and work.... and school... and well, you get the picture. School is going great. I am doing better than I thought I would in math... ( so exciting) but it requires a lot of my time to be prepared for my classes. The kids are all doing great, we are looking forward to tomorrow when we go trick or treating. My oldest daughter Maddie and her best friend moved here to mobile from mississippi, I am so thrilled. They are renting Marbrough mansion in grand bay alabama....they are working and looking forward to going to school as well.... THat is about all that is going on here... I know.. boring...

I am off to read my social problems book.... yall have a great night.

I have honestly been so busy... that I haven't had time to blog or anything else. I have been doing school work and trying to make sure that I get good grades so that I graduate with honors. I also have been doing things at the kid's school. I must say that time is passing by so quickly.... It seems that school has just started and I blinked and now it is almost halloween. This weekend THe kids and I went costume shopping... My friend Kim told me to go to Hudson's because they had alot of costumes that were only 6 dollars and something which is a great deal considering I still have 4 kids at home.. all of which needed costumes.... sooo this year randi is some kind of bat witch or something... kyli is a devil and brynli is an angel and chaz is going to be spider man...although I think he would rather be a power ranger.... At least I got that out of the way. This week along with school work i will be focusing on My sister- in law's baby shower.I have a ton of stuff to do with that. tomorrow I will be taking Chaz to the dentist across the bay to see about him being put to sleep so they can do all of his dental work at one time.... Ya'll keep him in your prayers because he is terrified of the dentist.

Good news.... MY mommma is finally moving in tonight... yes.. I know it is 9:33... but sean is at her other house loading her stuff in a moving van..... she will be here soon.... I cannot wait.. and for the bad news..

her move is just in time for hurricane gustav.... predicted to make land fall somewhere in the central gulf of mexico.. la,ms, al....so either way...we get the worst.. remember... EaST IS THE BEAST AND WEST IS THE BEST.

so it is a wait and see game at this point....

earlier today I went to walmart and stocked up on non perishables.... just in case... everything was already picked over... I am going to fill my car and any gas cans I have tomoroow. morning... before school...

on top of all of that...

chazzy boy has another ear infection..uggg!!!he is running a fever and vomiting... for some reason when he gets an ear infection he always throws up... yuck!

on a happier note... Yall know I am in lovve with jim cantoree... from the weather channel...he has a room at the ip in biloxi and a room here in mobile at the ramada.... wish I could get his autograph and a picture... he is CUTE! but, seeing as he is probably very busy... I wont be getting one for sure...

well.... tomorrow starts my second week of school. This semester I am taking 2 online classes... Al History and Social Problems and 3 on campus classes, Math 100, English comp II and Chorus. that is a total of 13 hours. I am excited to be back, and I am so thankful that Randi decided not to do competitive cheerleading this year. I will have more time to study.

The Power company should be out tomorrow to turn on the power to my moms house..... and then we can move her in... so I am sure that is what we will be doing this week and next... we are sooo close... I cannot wait....

Tropical storm Fay proved to be a minor rain event..... we hardly saw any rain..... just alittle windy.. and that is it... I am watching http://www.weatherunderground.com for a develping low.. invest numer 95 I believe.... that should be what we keep our eyes on next.

Tomorrow is a full day... school meeting at je turner.... college..... work and tumbling practice for randi..then my homework.... soooI am going to bed early tonight....

well it seems that Sally... our stray cats decided to bring her babies back home..... I am so glad.... boots is the one that is getting used to us picking her up...but socks.... she is still spittin and hissin at me.... I took Cole to his grandma Jan in Mississippi Sunday... He will be flying home tomorrow morning... so Yall say a prayer for him.. that he arrives safely.

I will really miss him.. he has been fun aside from a couple of outburst from him... Chaz really enjoyed his summer with cole.. they wrestled and played all summer long... even the girls got in on the action. I did a few layouts of him with some pictures that I took of him around the house...

He was so sweet on the way home.. he told me... " its hard to leave"... isin't that sweet... he really can be a loving child. I cant wait til christmas when he comes home again.

IT IS NOW OFFICIAL!!!!!!

Chaz Kenner is finally potty trained....... he is our last child to go through this trasition into being a big kid. It has taken a while, but with some encouragement and bribery... he has fianlly completed the last step. (# 2 in the potty..) :)

soooo, after 19 years of having kids in diapers...sometimes 2 at a time... I am finally done.....

Chaz and I are going to take all of his xtra pullups to his friend Casey BOb... so he can be a big kid too. lol..

so.. now for preschool...

I wont know what to do with myself.. with everyone going to school.

Well, today was the day for "our" monthly crop with the sistahs!! and Sean had to much to do to "watch" the kids for me... and my mom was not feeling well.. and my mother in law had plans of her own...sooo needless to say... I didn't get to go... I have been in a bad mood all day... not saying to much to husband... and the kicker is..... MY mother in law called about 5:15 wanting to get the kids.. how nice... too late to go scrapbooking now.... I dont think I have been this mad at sean in a long time.... I cant get passed this feeling of being utterly dissappointed....

I can't believe it.... my baby is 19..... it doesn't seem that long ago that she came into this world...so tiny and cute.... she had hair that looked like howard the duck..... does anyone know who that is??????? So Maddie-girl...if you are reading this... Happy Birthday baby .... I love you tons..... and I am so proud of you... hugs...

I have been very busy getting the kids ready to go back to school. Buying uniforms and supplies for 4 kids is time consuming....

yes.. indeed... they have fixed the phone problem.... I don't know what I ever did without a cell phone... I was going insane without it.... but alas... it is fixed.... I still have not gone to get my pearl yet. why you ask? because I just mostly want to sit in my jammies all day long... so maybe today I will get to the phone place.

I have started my school clothes shopping this week... I am done with brynli and kyli.... still have randi to do... she is soo hard to by for... I am going to have to buy her some pants and have them altered just so the poor girl has something to wear. ( she is fixing to be 11 years old on monday and she wears a lil girls size 8 in the waist... and sooo long legged.... ) this is the hard part.

I thought I had a dr appt today.. notice I said thought.... well I got a reminder call ...it is for tomorrow... ( I am such a dork)
s0... I guess I will take a nap and get up and maybe go later on to get randi some school clothes..

the mobile home company called today... they are coming tomorrow to let us know what we need to do to get my moms house in the back portion of our land.... wooo hooo... I am excited about that, finally... it has been a long process. but in the end... it will surely be worth the wait.

So today... it started raining... and all of a sudden..no phone service! none!!! no service!! I called cellular south... and they said something happened and they were fixing the problem and it should be taken care of in about 10 minutes or so.... an hour later...still .. no phone.... I called them back.... and guess what! no one was there to fix the situation and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I was mad as ahornet... no phone... ugg!!! sooo anyway.... if you have tried to call me.... sorry.... maybe tomorrow...

here is a few pics of my kids at my daddys family reunion... they were eating cookies... and having a good time...

now for the update:

I am feeling much better... I am not as sore today... as I have been. However, getting showered and dressed to go to work ( with a chaffeur of course) does make me extremely tired. I can't wait to be completely healed. Just so I can get back to my normal life...

I must say my family has really stepped up and helped out in so many ways. I am so proud of all of them.

Cole has finally come home... he has been home almost a week now.. Chaz is so mesmorized by cole.. he and cole have been playing and rough-housing all day long... it is so much fun to watch him... also, cole brought home a suitcase full of his old toys that he used to play with at his grandma's when he was a lttle boy... soo chaz is in toy heaven.. enjoying them just as cole did. Even the girls have all just picked up where they left off...

Cole has grown so much and changed in so many ways... I can defiantely say that I missed him. He is as tall as me now.. and even though he lives in colorado.. he is dark as can be...( I don't know how he got that nice pigment..lol) he is really turnign into a handsome young man. He will soon be 15 years old!! holy moly... just about old enough to drive... Yikes!! he passed to the 9th grade... he will be a freshman in high school in the fall... I am getting old!! sometimes... I wish I could start over with him... I feel like I have let him down... in so many ways. I know I have... I can't take anything back though... only move forward and let him know that i did what I thought was best for him... all of the time....

My experience with Cole has made me now more than ever... aware that I don't want to ever raise my kids alone... The difference between cole and maddie..... and the kids sean and I have together... is very apparent... cole and maddie seem to be in the middle of a tug of war... well... not so much maddie anymore because she is almost 19 but cole for sure, I think he is afraid to believe in me... because It may hurt his dad. but one day... one day... he will be able to see everything.. though his own eyes and know without a doubt... I love him...

anway.. enough serious stuff... I will post pics that I have taken soon... I can only get enought energy to do alittle at a time.

welll it is official... RAndi has her own phone.. unlimited minutes and texting.... her daddy was feeling a little generous today... she is tickled .....and the plumber decide he would come home with a blackberry!!! for himself!!! I was not happy since that is the phone I have been wanting for like.. years now... but anyway... I think I am gonna save up and get a black berry pearl... it is smaller...

Surgery went well.....and I do have to say that once the pain was under control, I felt good...... getting the pain under control was challenging... to say the least... it appears that I am allergic to ALL pain medicine... it makes me itch like crazy and when i say there is nothing more miserable than itiching after surgery.
That is what I mean. soo I came home and took 1 pain pill... got tired of itiching and started taking aleve liqid gels... and that is all I have needed. I am taking it easy and not doing to much of nothing.... I am however, playing on my new cricut... i just love that thing. THANKS HONEY!

David COOk.... woo hoo!!! I really do love him.. he has a great voice and he is a fabulous performer and sooo humble...

American Idol really put on a great show... my favorite of the night of course was George Michael. Although, he was sick he still sounded great ... he made me cry... I would love to see him in concert.. however I don't think he will ever come to alabama anytime soon.

and lets not forget ZZ top's performance with Cook... wow!

I have been busy for sooooooooooo long, with cheerleading and school and kids and the office and house duties.... that I almost don't know what to do with myself now that there is no more cheerleading 3-5 days a week for 3 hours not including the hour and a half drive.... no more school for me right now, and tomorrow is the last day of school for my kids.... thursday we are playing hookie. I always look forward to summer time. That means we can stay up late and sleep in. ( our favorite thing to do in the summer)

ON JUne 3rd I will be having a hysterectomy, so keep me in your prayers. Sean is taking off the week at the office to be with me and help take care of the kids.. and laundry and ...well... everything.... I am hoping it is similar to a c-section... and i can recover quickly ... for my family's sake....

mY mom will be moving around that time as well... i am going to take some boxes to her house this week and start packing her up... to get ready for her move... I can't wait... she will be in my back yard... woo hoo.... what a help she will be to me and the kids and I know she will not be sooo lonely anymore... Praise God for everything. He is the reason all is possible.

oh... i almost forgot.... I took Randi to Cheer Force One to tumble last week..it is sooo much closer to our house and with gas prices like they are...it was a nessessity.... she was a bit nervous, but loved it..there were lots of coaches and she got plenty of tumble time...

It is Mother's day.... and .... mine and Sean's 12th wedding anniversary..... First let me say that I am blessed to have 7 children... and a husband who never lets me forget how much he loves me... His kind is rare in this world we live in.... He is loving ... kind ... patient... and giving... he is my rock, when I need him... he never forgets to kiss me goodbye even when I am sleeping... and makes sure to kiss his kids at night before bed. He works hard everyday... sometimes tooo much, just to make sure we have everything we need. He is goofy and tries to make me laugh when I am in a bad mood...He is my everything.... He rescued me from my own self destruction. He loved me when I didn't want to be loved. He kissed my broken heart and healed it as if it were new... and showed me a world of happiness... He stands beside me and supports me... He is my cheerleader, giving me encouragement when I need it.... which seems to be alot lately and although the past 12 years has been rocky at times.... not because we didn't love each other, but because of stressful situations.... It has been worth it all.... I love that man with all that is in me... with every ounce of my being.. he simply is my friend and I am proud to be his wife......and to celebrate Mother's day and our anniversery together means sooo much...

SAD AND GLAD AT THE SAME TIME...

As most of you know Randi ( my 10 year old dd..) is very into competitive cheerleading.... she is a faboulous one at that!!! she can scorpion and flip with the best of them... we have been doing this since she was in first grade... well, our season is over and the new one beginning... However due to the demands of me being in school... and Randi starting middle school in the fall... we have decided it was time for Randi to take a much needed break. It is really sad in some ways... but I feel like a huge burden has been lifted off my back.... It takes us 45 minutes one way just to get to the gym... and them 3 hours of practice times that by 3 days aweek.... and well.. you can see why I never have time to do anyting... So, as hard as this is on the both of us... it will be well worth it in the end.

On another note... I am almost finished with my finals... my last one is on tuesday... it is my math final and I need at least a 94 on it to make a 90 in the class... I am really trying hard beacuase I want to maintain my 4.0 gpa.... history I think I have a 97 and in art appreciation a 100 and choir I have a 100 soo that leaves math... ( not my best subject) I will post my grades as soon as I know somehting.

This weekend coming will be mine and sean's 12th anniversary ... I still love him even after 13 years of being together.... He spoils me rotten... he is a wonderful father and a great man... I am so proud to be his wife...

This is my last entry for the night....

I will be in need of prayer ... on June 3 I am having surgery... a hysterectomy ... It is much needed... however with all the kids and sean and our business... I am worried.... sooo if yall could put me on yalls list ... pray for peace and comfort in that time... also... for the doctors and nurses..that they have a steady hand and just that God will put his hand upon them .... and me....

Now for an update.....

The kids are out on spring break this week.... I, however am not... I am on the last few weeks of school... only 3 I think... left to go...... I am loving history.. and have decided to minor in history.... I would love to teach it at the middle school level.... Who knew I would love history so much.... anyway... I am thinking about taking a math class this summer at mgm... and only math... because needless to say it is not my best subject.. but if I can do it... I will only have 2 more to go....

we are still working on getting my mom out here... I will be so glad whem the day gets here....

and Cole if you are reading this... I miss you so much and can't wait to see you this summer... if you decide to come home.... I love you...............

This week and half have been terrible...my whole family has been hit with a terrible virus... vomiting and diareah(sp) as soon as one would get better.. then wam!! someone else started up... so needless to say, I haven't had much rest. I was supposed to go on a scrapbooking getaway with a group of my girlfriends... and well, that didn't happen. I was really upset.... and was really feeling sorry for myself. We had been planning this for quite sometime, so everyone else went without me... but, I am glad at least some one had fun. Today my husband and I have been busy cleaning and straightening up for 2 reasons... A. to get all the germs out.. and B. our house is being appraised tomorrow... no.. we are not selling.. we are just refinancing.... to do some upgrades to our house.. and to get my mom out here....
I can't wait for that. The day is getting closer.. I am looking forward to her being around.. so we can hang out like we used to. I miss her terribly.

School is still going great... I am studying hard.. and love my classes... even math... It is weird for me... I am missing being around to hang out and do whatever I want... but I really do love being in school.. and looking forward to finally putting on that cap and gown and walking down that isle for my diploma... what a proud moment that will be, not only for me, but, for my family as well. It will be at least 3 years but .. well worth the time and effort....

Ya ll continue to keep me and my family in your prayers.

WE need a complete healing in our overall health and also for Randi's knee... we go back to the orthopedic tomorrow ... hopefully she will be all clear....

UPDATE AND A NEW HAIR DOO

i KNOW IT HAS BEEN A WHILE.... I have been very busy with school and all that I have to do here and at my office...

School is going great.. I have taken my first history test and my first math test so far... I do not have the grades on them...I am hopefully going to get them tomorrow... I will let you know....keep your fingers crossed.

I got a new haircut and color... it is not as light as I would like it, but my Best friend Kim has assured me that my hair really does look better with this color on it... the best she has ever seen.... I am hoping to get the picture from her...s oo you all can see my new hair...

I am soo tired tonight ... we went to Blake's birthday party tonight at jumps alot... it was fun.... but I am worn slap out!!! ( southern terminology... gotta love it.)

I guess that is all for now... I need to sleep... I have school tomorrow...

It appears that the last child. Hannah loung has been found all the way in plackamans parish louisiana. Her clothing and shoes were still on her. She traveled a long way, I believe God had his hand on her. I am so thankful that she was found yesterday, because the family has been trying to get the mom to have the funeral services for the other children... and I just thought it would be terrible if they buried the others without their sister. So today they are all together in God's rocking chair. How wonderful does that sound? I know their mother would rather them be here on this earth, as would all of Alabama, be that as it may.... That is just not the case. Sad... I know... I have cried for these kids and their family. THis crime was just senseless... How could that monster look at those kids one by one and throw them off.... He will have to look at the face of God one day, and God himself will deal with him, one way or the other.

On a diffent note.

I have finaly found a scan and stitch for windows vista... sooo I will get back to scaning my layouts soon.....

THis past saturday, RAndi had a cheerleading competition...and they did great! I was very proud of her and the whole team. They Got first place, although the team they were supposed to go up against, dropped down a level right before they went on. so we were up against ourselves. but, it was a nice practice run. We have 3 more national competitions .. 2 in march and our last big one in panama city fl.... in april and then we are done... woo ooo.... until next season.:)

I guess that is all I have for you now,

Just continue to pray for the loung family.... they really need it. especially as they prepare to bury those babies bodies..... trust me.... it really is a hard thing to do... for a parent saying goodbye to a child is without a doubt devastating to their heart. Trust me... I know.

SOMBER DAY

Today.... the search teams found the 3rd baby thrown off the Dauphin Island Bridge,there is one more left to be found. I am praying that they find that baby girl and bring her home, so their mother can have some closure. Speaking from someone who has lost a child, Closure is important. just to say goodbye and pray with them one more time brings great comfort to a grieving parent.

So SPECIFICALLY tonight I ask that you pray that the last of her babies is found so they can be put to rest. Also, pray for their mother.

God give her strenth and bring her peace in this terrible tragedy. Let her feel your presence. and surround her with your angels wings. comfort her God. In JESUS NAME. amen

PRAYERS NEEDED ASAP

Today in Dauphin Island... not too far from Mobile...they found the second of 4 babies thrown off the very tip top of the Dauphin Island Bridge by there FAther. It is just a sad sad sad day. I was praying that he had given the kids to someone and was lying about throwing them off.. but, sadly that is not the case. I know they are with Jesus right now... and he is rocking them to sleep tonight, however even thought there is comfort in knowing that they are not in pain.. I know the pain their Mother feels is unbeirable. they were only 4 months, 1,2,3, and soo young... it makes you wonder why they were taken from this world so soon... Only GOD knows... So tonight Please remember the family in your prayers and also for the searchers who are working diligently to find the other 2 children.

God does hear you. He answers prayers. just ask in his name. and it shall be done.

Here is why I know that God does listen and answers prayers.... sometimes we have to ask for specific things...

So for the last ... I dont know... month or so.... I have been worried about my land in the back yard perking so that we could get a conventional sewer system instead of a mound system.... it was really iffy...

the perk guy was out yesterday... and i was just so antsy I had to go and talk to him. I asked him if the ground perked for a conventional or for a mound system and he said THIS GROUND WILL DEFINATELY PERK FOR A CONVENTIONAL SYSTEM... I immediately thanked him and ran to the house the whole way THANKING GOD FOR ANSWERING MY PRAYERS AND LISTENING TO ME. He is a gracious and a giving GOD ,,, TO HIM I OWE EVERYTHING.... without him I am nothing..

o.k. ... soo It is time for school again. I am back at Bishop, I am excited because I got a scholarship to be in the chorus. It is hard going 4 days a week. but I am thankful for it because it pays for everything except books. which is a blessing. I am trying to get into south this summer to take a class becuase i have to have 12 hours at south to be able to get into the teaching program. I am hoping to get a head start. I tell you.... being in school has made me so happy. I am finally persuing my dream of being a COLLEGE GRADUATE! THe kids are all doing great.... next month I get to pre register kyli - addison for kindergarten. She is soo ready to start school and ride the bus like Brynli. As for Chaz I am hoping to enroll him in pre school at Haven woods baptist church. THe girls really loved it there when the went and they have a great program, I just have to have him potty trained... which right now he could care less about!!!! insert mad smiley face here....

I am in the process of trying to get my mom moved out here. she really needs to be near me and the kids. she is very lonely. JUsT PRAY THAT THE GROUND PERKS FOR A CONVENTIONAL SEWER SYSTEM. It is more expensive to put in a mound system...

well.. I guess for now that is all i have to say..... I am going to try and post some layouts here ... wish me luck.. i hope blogger behaves today..

only 1 more shopping day til Christmas!! I have been finished for a week or so, and I have them all wrapped. I only need to go shopping for my father in law... he gave me some money to do it for him.... soooo... I will head out in the chaos tomorrow and get them a few things.... I made it through....

My first semester of college that is.... I studied really hard and I am proud to say that I made an "A" in every course... soo I have a gpa of 4.0!!! I, for the first time in my life made the honor roll for college students.... THE DEANS LIST!!!! who would have thought it..... I am ready to get started again... this semester I will be taking art appreciation, u.s. history I , general psychology, math 90, and I joined the chorus .... so that is a total of 15 hours. Ya'll continue to pray for me. God is good all the time.. He is continuing to make a way for me.... I am soo thankful for that. Its almost christmas.. and for the first time in I don't know when, we are done shopping and I have most of everything wrapped... sooo I wont be up til 4 am wrapping presents... that is a rare event here in the Evans household...
I'll try to update a lil more often.... maybe twice a week... cuz the only thing I will be doing is studying....

sorry folks.. I have been busy studying and writing papers... school is still good... I am enjoying myself to be quite honest. My sisiter got married this past weekend... and.. of course.... all of us were in the wedding... soo I was quite frazzled... tryig to make sure each fairy had her wings and glitter.. and my lil pirate had a sword.... in the midst of all of that... guess who forgot their camera? Yes, that would be me.... I know.. I am Stupid.... like duh... who the heck forgets their camera :( anyway... shell bell was beautiful... of course... and I am soo happy for her... and johnathan..... Now I have to get back to studying and Thanksgiving....

So tonight.... I leave you with this thought... what are you most thankful for?
me... I am thankful that I have a God who loves me and keeps his promises.... with out him... I am nothing....without him I don't know where I would be right now... as I am alone listening to my wonderful husband of 11 years snoring... I am thankful God sent him to me.... and in his own time.... How wonderful is that....

I have been a bad blogger

So much has been going on since my last update. School is going great, I am making it through. It is such a huge accomplishment for me. I am relearning how to study more effectively, and it is really paying off... My first sociology test I made a 74.. not so great, so I figured out how to make myself flash cards... and now I feel like I am doing so much better... my next sociology test was an 96 and it was open book.... the last one I took was a 98... soo I think that those flash cards are helping me out tremendoulsy.... my grade for math is a 96 aprrox. my grade for speech is a 95 my grade for english is a 90 and my grade for sociology is aprox a 95 sooo I am soo pleased with myself.. God has been so good to me... Making a way for me as he promised. I give him all the glory... without him I am nothing...

My sister is getting married in about 5 weeks... there is so much to do... I have to get fitted for my dress and get it altered.. then there is shoes.. and the kids shoes and well just a lot fo stuff to do.. showers and things... I am so excited for her... SHE IS TRULY HAPPY NOW... and that is all I have ever wanted for her....COMPLETE HAPPINESS.... I know I will be crying my eyes out.. I will definately have to bring a hankie....lol''

scrapbooking ..... I got to go to my first crop at its not just scrap on moffett rd on friday with kim , janie, holly and mrs arlene... I had fun.... I got 5 pages done... soo glad.. I will post them when I can...

now for my school update

I am really loving the school thing.... I gave my first speech and made a 100 on it... perfect.... I couldn't believe it... I was soo nervous at first!! being in from of people speaking formally is not my thing... but I did it and to my surprise I wasn't even nervous... I think it is because ... I have been teaching scrapbooking classes at the store and at the gulf coast scrappers events.... that really helped me.... anyway... math .... well.. the first week was easy then the second week.... lets just say fractions were not my thing in elementary school... but now I can honestly say.. I reallly like it!! I'm getting the prime factor thing.. and the fractions.. ssssssoosooo sweet!!! when you haev an AH HA!!! moment.... sociology is great too...just a lot of memorization...and english.... I just wrote my first paper... we will see how my grade is...

so there you have it...... my college update....
Ill update yall in a few weeks ......

keep my mom in your prayers.... she needs a healig from god!!! so yall remember...

This is Randi and her best friend Kayleigh.. they cheer together at flip Zone.... I really enjoy watching them perform and compete... Randi makes me so proud of every milestone she hits.... as far as stunting and tumbling goes... Our first competition of this season is the first weekend in November.....I can't wait..!!!

I have been going to school for going on 3 weeks now, and I must say.. I love it! at first I was a bit over whelmed ... dealing with my homework.. and all of the kids stuff.. you know what I am talking about.. dinner, laundry, homework, xtra curricular activities... etc. I fianlly got it figured out... I am very busy... as you can tell... I am still working part time at my hubbys office... but the show must go on.... school or no school..

I took my first big test in 19 years.... I am hoping to get my score from my teacher on tuesday... I have to give a speech at noon... sooo yall wish me luck! I dont do very well speaking formally to a group of people... but I can teach a scrapbooking class of 20 with no problem... what is up with that??? anyway.. I am leaving you with some layouts I did .... yall have a great labor day.. I have homework to do...

... Wow! Im soo tired already, got everyone up and dressed and fed and hair fixed... ( not a simple task, when you have to fix 4 heads of hair and your own) any hoo... today is Brynli's first day of school... not pre-k but the "big" school.... she looked soo cute in that paid uniform skirt.. and hair ribbon... she is soo big... I can't believe it...

When she was born.. We were soo excited and just truly blessed ... because by the
GRACE of GOD.. she was healty beyong our expectations.... full term....It was only the year before we suffered the devastating loss of KENLEY... and now she is 5 years old. She didn't seem to mind, she was actually excited,.. KYli- addison, on the other hand was not excited that her sister .. her best friend ... and playmate was not gonna be at home any

I took some pics of course,but i left my camera card at home... grrr sooo i only could take a few pics with the internal memory... I'll up load them as soon as I can.

In August I will be embarking on a new journey, Something I have wanted to do for a very long time. It will be difficult and I will have to make alot of sacrifices to do it. I am going back to COLLEGE... I am very excited, a long time ago way back when... i was married to another man... he used to call me stupid everyday of our marriage, and so after hearing this day after day.. i began to believe it. I guess it still lingers with me, that is one of the reasons i have waited so long to go back. Now since the baby is 2 years old, i figure it is time to do what i want most... TO GRADUATE, I dont really know what it feels like, most of you know i got pregnant at a very young age and quit school and got my GED. So now is the time.. I wanna walk across that stage with my diploma in hand and my family with me, cheering me on...So yall pray for me, and wish me luck...

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN... I THINK I GOT 14 LAYOUTS DONE AND AN ALTERED ITEM... WOW!! NOT AS MUCH AS I WANTED TO GET DONE, BUT I HAD FUN, AND THAT IS WHAT COUNTS. TODAY I SENT OFF MY PORTFOLIO FOR THE SOY CONTEST AT CREATING KEEPSAKES ... I PROBABLY DONT HAVE A SNOW BALLS CHANCE IN HAY DAY TO WIN... BUT I FEEL A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHEMENT THAT I DID IT..
